• Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for five (5) years after account closure, as required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and AML regulations.
• Financial Transaction Data: Retained for five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act and Bureau of Internal Revenue requirements.
• Gaming History: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the gaming session, for dispute resolution and responsible gaming monitoring purposes.
• Support Communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication, for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.
• Technical and Usage Data: Retained for thirteen (13) months in identifiable form, then anonymised for aggregate analytics purposes.

Where retention is required by law beyond the periods above, quenph will retain data for the legally mandated period. Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted using industry-standard data destruction methods.
